You Make the Call - Sales Training

The convenient web-hosted administrator tool makes it easy for managers to:

Set up online game sessions, pairing team members as they choose
Schedule themselves into any game session as an observer/coach
Track their teams’ activities and results
Use You Make the Call! to facilitate motivating competitions within their sales team

In order to ensure that game content is up-to-date and consistent with home office direction, managers cannot create or edit content, but are able to download games that have been created and approved by a home office game administrator ¹. This helps ensure that the online sessions set up by field trainers and local managers reinforce approved content that is consistent with company direction.
